The world map showing regions and their locations
Regions hold locations; you move between the ones connected to you.

The map is a set of regions, each holding locations. Where you can go depends on where you are, so the map reads outward from your current spot rather than as a fast-travel menu.

If a place will not let you travel there, it is usually just not connected to where you stand. Move to somewhere that borders it first, then continue on.
